Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2.5 cups - flour
  • 1/2 cup - milk (diluted in water)
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3 tsp - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - dry yeast
  • 2 tsp - fresh yeast

How to Make Bread

  • Warm 1/2 cup water and milk together.
  • Add sugar and yeast.
  • Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • When yeast is fully dissolved and frothy, it is ready to use.
  • Mix salt and flour in a large bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil making a well in center.
  • Add yeast mixture to flour.
  • Knead into a very soft dough.
  • Knead for 5-7 minutes, till it is not sticky.
  • Grease a large bowl, place dough in it, cover and keep aside for 35-40 mins or till it's doubled.
  • Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. Remove and let it cool.
