  • 100 g - potatoes
  • 100 g - brinjals
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt

How to Make Brinjal Potato Rings

  • Mix all the masalas without using water
  • Cut potatoes and brinjal into round pieces
  • Add oil in the non-stick pan
  • Dip the vegetables in the dry masala mix
  • Toast it on the pan
  • Serve with roti
