  • 1 cup - milk powder
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 3/4 cup - water

How to Make Butter Burfi

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the sugar and water.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sugar dissolves in the water.
  • Add the butter and milk and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the mixture hardens.
  • Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Pour on a greased plate and cut into small pieces.
