  • 6 - fresh, juicy corncobs
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 tsp - dried herb of your choice (oregano, mint, etc)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Buttered Corn Cobs with Dried Herbs

  • Trim the cobs and wash under running water.
  • Melt some butter, add salt to taste and brush the cobs liberally with it.
  • Place in a wide bowl, sprinkle crushed herbs, cover loosely and microwave on high for 3 to 3.5 minutes.
  • Flip once in between.
  • Cover and let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
