  • 1 cup - cabbage
  • 1 - spring onion
  • 1-inch piece - ginger
  • 4 pieces -garlic
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • freshly ground pepper
  • salt

How to Make Cabbage - Onion Soup

  • Chop ginger, garlic, and the vegetables finely and stir fry them in butter.
  • Add 2 cups of water, salt, and rice flour mixed in a little water.
  • Add soya sauce, pepper, and salt.
  • Boil it till the raw smell of the flour disappears.
