Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 - capsicums, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • A pinch - turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsps - red chilli powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt

How to Make Capsicum And Potato Fry

  • Heat oil and splutter the cumin seeds. Saute garlic for a few minutes.
  • Add the potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
  • Cook till the potatoes are done.
  • Serve hot.
