  • Capsicum - 2 to 3
  • Curd - 2 cups
  • Roasted peanut powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves - little

How to Make Capsicum Peanut powder Raita

  • Apply oil over capsicum and toast over the flame.
  • In a bowl, put curds and beat and add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, peanut powder, coconut, little sugar and coriander leaves. Mix together properly.
  • Scrape away the charred portion of the capsicum, wash and chop into small pieces. Mix it into the curd mixture. Serve cold.
