  • Carrot - 1/4 kg
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Cashew nut - 5 g
  • Kismiss - 5 g
  • Ghee - 25 g
  • Water - 1 cup

How to Make Carrot Halwa with Carrot Paste

  • First grind the carrot and make a paste of it.
  • Slightly fry it in ghee. Add water to it.
  • Stir the mix till the water has evaporated.
  • Now, add sugar to the mixture and continue stirring till the sugar completely mixes with the carrot.
  • Add some ghee, cashew nuts and dry grapes to the mixture.
  • Serve it after it cools sufficiently.
