Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 - Carrots (grated)
  • 2 - Chopped onions
  • 3 to 4 - Chillies
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Carrot Palya

  • Heat oil in a pan and sautee the chillies.
  • Add onion and sautee until pink.
  • Add grated carrot and sautee.
  • Add the salt and garam masala. Stir fry till the masala is cooked.
  • Serve with chappatis.
