  • 2 cups finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Carrot Poriyal with grated coconut

  • Boil the carrots.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, and splutter mustard. Add the carrots and chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the grated coconut and salt.
  • Serve.
