  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 4 oz - carrot
  • salt to taste

How to Make Carrot Roti

  • Grate the carrot. Knead the wheat flour with the grated carrot, salt and water.
  • Make small balls from the dough and roll into rotis.
  • Cook the rotis on a tawa, spraying oil on both sides.
  • Serve with pickle and raitha.
