  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to Make Cashew Burfi

  • Roast cashew powder and milk powder together till the raw smell disappears.
  • Make a sugar syrup of a one-thread consistency.
  • Add everything to the syrup and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Pour over a greased thali and cut into desired shapes.
