  • 2 cups - atta
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 - cauliflower, grated finely
  • 3-4 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Parotta

  • Make the dough with the flour, oil, a little salt and enough water to bind into a stiff dough.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside.
  • Make balls from the dough, roll out, place some stuffing inside, cover and roll out again.
  • Heat a tawa, add some oil and cook the parotta on both sides.
