Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower
  • 1 cup - peas
  • 4 - eggs
  • A pinch - turmeric
  • Coriander leaves
  • For Paste:
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1" piece - ginger
  • 6 flakes - garlic
  • 5 to 7 - red chillies
  • few - cinnamons, cloves, aniseeds

How to Make Cauliflower Peas Egg Kaima

  • Clean and finely chop the cauliflower, so that it looks like kaima.
  • Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste with little salt.
  • Heat a little oil and saute the paste till the raw smell goes.
  • Now add peas, chopped cauliflower, turmeric powder and stir for few mins.
  • Add little water and cover the lid. Cook it, allow the water to dry.
  • Beat the eggs lightly with salt and pepper powder (option).
  • Pour this mix in cooked cauliflower and keep on frying till the egg gets scrambled.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
