  • 1 - medium-sized cauliflower
  • 2 tsp - chilli flakes
  • 1 tablet - Stevia
  • 1 tsp - pectin
  • a few chopped celery leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Saute

  • Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain the excess water.
  • Mix 1 tablet of Stevia (sweetening agent mix) with the chilli flakes, pectin (thickening agent) and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients and boil until it thickens and is semi liquid.
  • Now pour the mixture over the cauliflower and toss the entire mixture in a bowl.
  • Add salt to taste and garnish with celery leaves.
