  • Celery sticks - 2
  • Onion - 1, small
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Yoghurt, beaten - 200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • For seasoning - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds

How to Make Celery Raita

  • Finely chop the celery sticks and onion. Cut the chillies into 2 halves.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard and cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds start to splutter, add the celery, onion and green chillies.
  • Fry for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  • Add to the yogurt with salt and mix well.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
