  • chamba rice powder - 1 cup
  • onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves few, chopped
  • water - 2 cup
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chamba Raw Rice Powder Rotti

  • Heat oil in a non-stick fry pan.
  • Add mustard.
  • When it splutters add curry leaves and onion.
  • Fry till onion is light brown.
  • Add water and salt.
  • When the water begins to boil, lower the flame and tip all the rice flour in it.
  • Cook stirring till the mixture forms a lump.
  • Cool slightly and make roti as explained above.
