  • Channa dal - 1 cup
  • Wheat rava - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Jaggery - 3/4 cup

How to Make Channa Dal Sweet

  • Pressure cook dal and rava after adding 2 cups of water.
  • Add milk to the boiled mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat this mixture on a low flame and add jaggery to it. Let it cook till the jaggery dissolves completely.
  • Then add grated coconut to it and mix well over a low flame for 2 mins.
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder over it and enjoy.
