Ingredients

  • 500 g - cottage cheese
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • 1 - small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala

How to Make Cheese Dip

  • Beat cheese and mayonnaise together till soft and creamy.
  • Season with remaining ingredients and pour into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on top.
  • Serve with sliced carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and cauliflower sprigs.
  • Serve with wafers and biscuits.
