  • 15g - butter
  • 15g - refined flour
  • 150 ml - milk
  • 55g - cheese
  • 2 - eggs
  • Salt
  • A pinch of pepper

How to Make Cheese Souffle

  • Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and cook for a few mins.
  • Add hot milk and cook till sauce thickens stirring all the time.
  • Remove and cool.
  • Add grated cheese and seasoning and beaten yolk of eggs.
  • Whip the egg white very stiff and fold into the mixture.
  • Pour into a greased souffle mould and bake in a hot oven at 250 degrees centigrade for 15-20 mins
