  • 100 gms. jaggery
  • 5 gms. chillies, whole
  • 5 gms. dry ginger
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 8 neem leaves
  • 500 ml. water

How to Make Chettinad Panagam

  • Break jaggery into small pieces and add it to water with whole chillies, dry ginger and lime juice.
  • Chill and serve garnished with neem leaves.
