Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken, cut into medium size
  • 1 - medium cabbage, shredded
  • 400 g - capsicum, sliced into thick pieces
  • 500 g - spring onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1 cup - tomato sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce [according to taste]
  • 3-4 - green chillies, slit lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp oil [optional]

How to Make Chicken Delight

  • Heat oil in a thick bottom pan. Add onions, chillies capsicums stir for a minute.
  • Add cabbage and chicken. Cover it and let it cook on low heat till the chicken is well cooked .
  • Increase heat and add ginger garlic paste and sauces. Mix well.
  • Keep stirring till oil comes to the corners.
  • Serve hot with breads or buns.
