Ingredients

  • 4 nos - onions
  • 2 nos 0 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • few curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup - coconut
  • 2 - cloves, pattai

How to Make Chicken gravy

  • Add some oil in the pan.
  • Saute onions and add chicken
  • Fry for few minutes and add tomato, garlic ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and dhanya powder.
  • Grind the coconut ,cloves & pattai, then mix it with the chicken.
  • Add salt & water .
  • When the gravy becomes thick turn off the fire and serve.
