  • 1 cup - skimmed milk (not boiled)
  • 1 cup - chilled water or equivalent ice
  • a pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - ground sugar (or sweetener)

How to Make Chilled Diet Milk

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Beat together with an electrical hand blender until the milk mixture becomes foamy.
  • Chill it more if required.
  • Serve as a morning cooler.
