  • 1 packet- noodles
  • 10- French beans
  • 2 tbsp- soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - vinegar
  • 1 cup - sliced carrots
  • 1 cup - spring onions
  • 1 cup - cabbage
  • 2 - red chillies
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 4 cloves - garlic, ground to paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chilli Garlic Noodles

  • Cook the noodles in boiling water with a tsp of oil. Add cold water to the cooked noodles and drain it. Separate the noodles by applying oil in fingers and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
  • When oil starts to fume, add ground chilli garlic paste.
  • Once the chilli garlic paste is fried, add chopped spring onion, carrot, cabbage and French beans.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir fry at high heat for about 4 mins.
  • Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, salt and cooked noodles.
  • Stir fry for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
