  • China grass-1 packet
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1/2 litre
  • Bread - 2 slices
  • Cashew and cherries (for decoration)

How to Make China Grass Pudding

  • First soak china grass in warm water.
  • Boil milk with sugar for 10-15 mins. Take 1/2 the milk, bread and china grass and mix it properly.
  • Now mix this mixture with rest of the milk.
  • Grease a bowl with butter and pour the milk mixture into it.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for 40 mins. Serve with cashews and cherries.
