  • Garlic - 10 pods
  • Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Dates - 5
  • Kala namak - 1 tsp
  • Pudina - 3 tsp
  • Corinder leaves - 4 tsp
  • Schezuan sauce - 2 tsp
  • Fresh jeera powder
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Ajinomotto - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Chinese Pani Puri

  • Make paste of all the above ingredients till it becomes thick paste.
  • Add 3 glass water to this paste.
  • Filter this mixture.
  • Adjust salt and spicy to your taste.
  • Serve with pani puri, cabbage and tofu masala.
