  • 1 cup - cocoa powder
  • 3 cups - milk powder
  • 5 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - butter

How to Make Chocolate fudge

  • Mix the cocoa powder and milk powder.
  • In a kadai, add the sugar and a little water. Boil it till you get one string consistency and add butter.
  • When the butter melts, add the cocoa and milk powder and stir. When it leaves the sides of the pan, pour it on a greased plate and cut.
