  • 300 ml - cream
  • 100 ml - milk
  • 100 g - dark chocolate, chopped
  • 80 g - sugar
  • 2 tsp - gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp - vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Panna Cotta

  • Take 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatine on it.
  • Keep aside for 5-10 minutes for it to bloom.
  • Put the cream, milk and sugar in a pot and cook it on a slow fire until the mixture boils.
  • Remove from the fire and add the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract and stir well till the chocolate is melted completely.
  • Melt the gelatine in a double boiler till the gelatine dissolves.
  • Add the gelatine mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir till well blended.
  • Strain into moulds and refrigerate for approximately 2-4 hours.
  • Unmould and decorate to your taste.
