  • 2 cups - margarine
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 3 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup - cashew nuts powder, coarse
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Chocolate Spread with Cashew Nuts

  • Mix eggs, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pan.
  • Put the pan on a low flame.
  • Simmer the ingredients till the sugar melts, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add the cashew nuts and vanilla essence.
  • Let it cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooled mixture and margarine.
  • Blend it well with an egg beater for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Refrigerate it for 3 hours.
  • Spread on biscuits or toasts and serve.
