Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Kabuli channa
  • 4 - chillies
  • 1 - grated coconut
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • Some kadi patha
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chundal

  • Soak the Kabuli channa overnight.
  • Cook it in the pressure cooker till you get 5 whistles.
  • When the channa is fully cooked, keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and heat it with oil.
  • Add mustard, urad dal, kadi patha, and green chillies.
  • When the mustard begins to splutter, add channa after draining the water in it.
  • Add salt to taste and the grated coconut.
  • Serve it when it cools.
