Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - cilantro
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 - garlic clove (optional)
  • A hand full - finely crushed peanuts (optional)
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 3-4 - hot chilli peppers
  • A small piece - ginger

How to Make Cilantro Chutney

  • In blender, mix all the ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Add very little water.
