Ingredients

  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 - carrot (medium sized)
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - boiled potato
  • 1 - cabbage (small)
  • 1 - cup sprouted moong dal (par-boiled)
  • 1 cup - sprouted kala channa (boiled, optional)
  • 1/2 kg - sweet curd
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - jeera powder, freshly made
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander, finely chopped

How to Make Cocktail Raita

  • Dice all vegetables into small pieces.
  • Add pepper, salt, and a little coriander to the curd, and beat it nicely.
  • Mix all diced vegetables and sprouts into curd. If you like, you can add chopped green chilli too.
  • Garnish with jeera powder and coriander and serve chilled.
