  • 1 cup - coconut milk
  • 1 cup - fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2.25 tsp - agar agar
  • Pineapple jelly crystals

How to Make Coconut Panna Cotta with Pineapple Jelly

  • Follow the instruction on the jelly pack to make jelly.
  • Once the jelly crystals are dissolved in the water, take a few spoonful and pour into your serving moulds.
  • 2 tbsp of the liquid jelly in each mould would do. Allow to cool and set completely.
  • Meanwhile, mix the coconut milk, sugar, fresh cream and agar agar in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil on medium heat.
  • Switch off heat.
  • Touch and check if the jelly in the moulds are set.
  • If they have set, carefully pour the milk mixture into the moulds.
  • Let cool and allow to set in a refrigerator.
  • Once the panna cotta is set, dip the base of each bowl in a bowl of very hot water for 30 seconds and invert onto a serving plate.
  • Decorate it the way you like and serve.
