  • 2 tsp - coffee powder
  • 1 litre - milk
  • Sugar as required
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • Walnuts to garnish

How to Make Coffee Walnut Ice-Cream

  • Take 1 litre milk and boil it till its water content is reduced.
  • Add corn flour and stir
  • Add coffee and stir again.
  • Finally heat some sugar in a pan and heat till sugar melts into golden brown
  • Pour the condensed milk and let it cool
  • Pour this mixture in an ice-cream tray and freeze it for at least 1 hr.
  • Garnish with walnuts.
