Ingredients

  • One bunch - coriander
  • 1.5 cup - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp - ginger- garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - crushed cumin, coriander seed
  • A little - jaggery
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Coriander Bhajji

  • Cut coriander finely. Mix all the ingredients and make dough of it.
  • Add little oil to this dough.
  • Roll this dough in cylindrical shape.
  • Steam this dough for 15 min. in pressure cooker.
  • After cooling cut into thin pieces.
  • Deep fry them till they are brown
  • Serve with Tomato Sauce.
