Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - fresh grated coconut or desiccated coconut
  • 1 small bunch - fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - grated ginger
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice

How to Make Coriander Chutney Dip

  • Grind all the above ingredients together with a little water in a blender till smooth.
  • Add a little more water if a thinner consistency is required.
