  • 2 - big bunches of broccoli, trimmed into small florets.
  • 1 cup - cooked corn
  • 1/2 cup - chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup - tomato puree
  • 3 - green chillies, split lengthwise and crushed
  • 1 - garlic clove
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Red chilli powder (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Corn Broccoli Casserole

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies and tomato puree. Stir.
  • Then add salt and red chilli powder. Let it stew for 3-4 minutes.
  • When masala is ready, add broccoli florets and corn, and cook them just till the masala infuses.
  • In a bowl, mix cheese and spinach. Now pour the broccoli corn mixture into a baking dish and top it with cheese and spinach mixture generously.
  • Bake it till the cheese browns and spinach gets crunchy. Serve hot with bread or rice.
