  • 1 - crab, boiled and minced
  • 1 tbsp - flour
  • 1 tsp - sliced green onions
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • For sweet and sour sauce: 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp each - tomato and soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • 1.5 cups - water

How to Make Crab Kisses

  • Combine all the ingredients. Mix well and drop tsp full in smoking oil and deep-fry to golden brown.
  • Drain and serve on cocktail sticks with sweet and sour sauce.
  • For sweet and sour sauce: Dissolve the flour in 2 tbsp of water. Mix sugar, water and vinegar in a pan and cook over low flame until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the flour, soya and tomato sauce and keep stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from the flame and cool.
