Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 10-12 almonds
  • bread crumbs as required
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp - black salt
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • oil as required
  • 1 tsp - crushed cornflake
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crispy egg bite

  • Boil 4 eggs, put in cold water. Shell and cut in halves. Powder almonds.
  • Mix 3 tbsp. bread crumbs, cornflakes, salt, pepper, herbs, masala and almond powder, and spread on a plate. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and season with black salt.
  • Beat well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Roll the egg halves in bread crumb mixture. Dip in the beaten egg, roll again in the mixture till dry on both sides.
  • Serve hot with salad and sauce.
