  • 2 cups hung curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup grated cucumber
  • 3 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Few mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp urad dal
  • 2 green chillies, slit| 3-4 crushed curry leaves

How to Make Curd Pachidi

  • Mix curd and milk well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add urad dal and mustard leaves. Let it splutter
  • Add curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Pour the seasoning in the curd mixture.
  • Stir well.
  • Serve with rice or roti.
