Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp - fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper
  • 15 to 20 cinnamon pieces
  • 20 to 25 cloves
  • 5 cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp - ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp - chilli power
  • 8 to 10 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - khus khus (poppy seeds)
  • small piece of nutmeg

How to Make Curry Powder

  • Mix all the above ingredients.
  • Heat a little and grind to a coarse powder.
  • After cooling, store in an air tight jar.
