Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 3 tsp - chopped, garlic
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 - onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 1/2 cup - curd

How to Make Dak Bungalow Meat Curry

  • Wash the meat well.
  • Add all the ingredients and marinate for about 1 hour in a suitable pan.
  • Place the pan on medium heat and cook closed for about 5 to 6 mins.
  • Lower the heat, add enough water and then simmer for about 40 to 45 minutes till the meat is cooked and the gravy is thick.
