Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rice
  • 1/2 cup - toor dal
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - chana dal
  • 1/4 cup - urad dal
  • 5-6 - green chillies
  • 9 - 10 - curry leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Onions - 3 (finely chopped)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Dal Dosa

  • Mix dals and rice. Soak for 4-5 hours.
  • Add chillies, curry leaves, salt and grind into a fine dosa batter
  • Add chopped onions.
  • Prepare dosa on a hot tawa
  • Drizzle ghee when each side is done
  • Serve with hot chutney
