Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, steamed
  • 1 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1/2 tbsp - besan
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1 cup - oil (to fry)
  • A pinch - ajwain or jeera
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Deep Fried Potato

  • Mash the cooked potatoes well.
  • Add rice flour, besan, chilli powder, cilantro, ajwain, and salt to the potatoes and mix well.
  • Shape it into small balls and deep fry them in oil.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
