  • 250 g - refined flour
  • 50 g - custard powder
  • 1/3 tsp - baking powder
  • 150 g - ghee
  • 150 g - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - pineapple essence
  • 100 g each - cashewnuts and tutti frutti
  • A few tbsp - milk

How to Make Delicious Fruit Biscuit

  • Beat sugar and ghee until you get a nice paste (about 15-20 mins).
  • Mix together pineapple essence, sieved maida, custard powder, and baking power.
  • Then mix it with the sugar and ghee paste.
  • Add cashew pieces and tutti frutti to the dough.
  • Mix well, add some milk if needed, and make a fine dough.
  • Cut into squares, brush with milk, decorate with cashews and bake at 250 degrees C till golden brown.
