Ingredients

  • 1 cup - urad dal
  • 3 cups - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - til
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder as per taste
  • oil for deep fry

How to Make Delightful Urad Dal Muruku

  • First take urad dal in a vessel and add sufficient water. Boil it in a pressure cooker.
  • After it is boiled, take it out and grind into a fine paste in a mixer. Add the remaining items like rice flour, salt, chilli powder and sesame seeds.
  • Mix well and put it in the muruku mould and prepare muruku.
  • Fry in hot oil over medium heat.
  • They will be very tasty and can be preserved for 1 month.
