Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Basmati Rice
  • 1 lb - Frozen mixed Vegetables (defrost them)
  • 1tsp - Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves

How to Make Delightful Vegetable Pulav

  • Heat little oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • To it, add mixed vegetables, coriander power, garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves and fry for 2 mins.
  • Wash the rice, add to the vegetable mixture and fry for a minute.
  • Put the entire mixture in a vessel.
  • Add 2 glasses of water to it and cook it in the electric cooker till all the water is absorbed.
  • Serve with raitha.
