Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - urad dal
  • 1 cup - rice
  • 1/2 cup - moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - tur dal
  • 1 big bunch - fresh dil or 1 cup - dried dil
  • 2-3 - chillies
  • 2-3 flakes of garlic
  • 1 inch - fresh ginger, all finely chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dil dosa

  • Soak all the dals and rice for 7-8 hours.
  • Grind it to a fine paste and keep it covered at a warm place for 7-8 hours.
  • Add salt, finely chopped dil, chilly, ginger and garlic pieces.
  • Prepare a thin dosa on a non-stick pan.
