  • 170 gm - flour
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 150 gm - strawberry flavored skimmed milk
  • Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • 1 - large egg
  • 2 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 115 gm - washed and chopped strawberries
  • Salt
  • Butter

How to Make Doughnuts with Yoghurt and Strawberries

  • Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Make a hollow in the centre and put the milk, yoghurt, egg and oil into it.
  • Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
  • Stir the strawberries into the batter at the end.
  • Preheat the doughnut making appliance for 5 minutes.
  • Fill in one level tbsp of butter per doughnut mould and close appliance.
  • Bake for 3-3.5 minutes or until the desired degree of brownness has been achieved.
  • Take finished doughnuts from the mould and use up remaining batter in the same way.
  • Top with icing of your choice.
